So sorry, no bathtub... just a shower stall. There are washer dryer hookups in the bathroom. If you don't have one of your own, the owners will provide them for you for an additional $75/month. Owner are doing some minor maintenance and cleaning, but we can show you the place any time. The rent is $2,000 and includes heat and hot water. The tenant pays their own electricity.
