- Monthly Service Fee: Accounts for Water/Sewer/Garbage/Yard are held in landlord's name and paid to landlord via a Monthly Service fee and depends on occupancy and actual usage, reconciled annually via back billing. - Non refundable screening fee: $65 per a person. - Deposits: Include 1 month pre paid rent plus additional half a month's rent for security deposit for individuals who meet the screening criteria.
