When you enter the cottage it has the open living concept and you pass through the living/dining area which is also open to the kitchen. The door at the end of the hall leads out to a small patio area, the yard and side access to the detached garage. The garage would make a nice gym, craft room, art studio or work shop or whatever you desire. The driveway holds 2-3 cars. This home has central heat and air. There is a lot of natural light that comes in from all of the windows. This home is close to Sac city College, Old Town Sacramento, UC Med Center, Hwy 99.
