The home is being rented UNFURNISHED, however some of the items shown in photographs are negotiable if you'd like them to stay. The 1st bedroom is approximately 16x13, and is carpeted, with a large custom closet. The 2nd bedroom is approximately 11x14 with hardwood floors and a small closet with built-in drawers. This bedroom has lovely views to the west. Kitchen has plenty of cabinet space, a gas range, and steps out to your back yard where you have a great deck for entertaining. Currently, the back yard has minimal landscaping. We plan to have a landscaper xeriscape the front yard this spring. We've noticed there are many people wanting to plant veggie gardens, so we're currently leaving that option open to discuss with our new tenants. Note that there is a separate back unit on this property. This rear casita is a furnished long-term rental that we plan to rent separately. If you are interested in renting both units together, please contact me. Otherwise, we are targeting traveling nurses/executive-style housing -- it is not a short-term vacation rental. The casita has a private patio and entry on the alley, as well as access from the street via the side of the house. Tenant of the front house will access the alley/trash service via this patio. Initial lease term of 12-months, with 1-month security deposit (may be increased for four-legged friends). Tenant responsible for all separately metered utilities and services. Dogs, cats, and other pets are welcome, and considered on a case-by-case basis (subject to an additional deposit). Applicants will be asked to provide proof of income and rental references, and we'll run a current credit report. All individuals over the age of 18 who intend to reside in the property will need to complete a separate rental application and pay a non-refundable $35 application fee.
