Tenant responsible for electric, and cable/ internet, as we will be disconnecting these when we leave. Lease expires April 14th, which at that time you could start a new lease with the complex. First months rent is due at lease/sublet signing which will be 1500, we will obviously cover the "water portion," for December as that was our usage from November. One pet will be considered.
