Every room is equipped with high efficiency electric baseboard heat. Your hot water is provided by a 40 gallon electric water heater. NOTE: There are NO washer/drier hook-ups in this unit.............. Outside there's plenty of off street parking and convenient curbside mail delivery. Spectrum Cable and Verizon services are available here as well. For those with school age children, this unit is located in the Schoharie Central School District with convenient bus pick up, right out front. It's only 30 minutes to Albany and just 10 minutes to Cobleskill for most local restaurants, Wal-Mart, laundromats, storage units, Redbox, banking, grocery stores, fast food, etc. (although there is a convenience store/gas station within walking distance). The total monthly rental amount does not include trash removal, heat or electric, although water and sewer are included. We do require a $20.- rental application fee/applicant as well as first months rent of $800.- and a security deposit of $800.- (total amount due before move in is $1,600). We work with a written month to month rental agreement which requires a minimum 1 year (initial) residency commitment. (a 1 year lease is also available upon request).
