One bedroom ($350/wk) has its own full bath with a jacuzzi tub. There are 2.5 baths total. 2 of the rooms are $320/wk and 1 is $300/week. The house includes an open fire grilling area. Newly remodeled kitchen with gas stove. 2 washing machines and 2 dryers. It is fully furnished with all utilities provided including internet. It has a basement with punching bag hanging. There is 2 acres to enjoy with a patio and fire pit. A grill will be provided soon after first renter moves in. Good distance from neighbors. This is a short term rental meant for construction workers. If laid off or drag up mid-week, all money will be refunded for portion not living there. Rent amount will decrease $25 after first month if no issues arrise. 1 person per room. Add $40 for 2 people sharing a room. Entire house can be rented on a monthly basis of 1200 per week. No smoking allowed inside home. Once more than 1 room is rented, quiet time will be 9:30. Remember this will be a shared home.
