This house has in-suite appartment sized laundry machines for you to use as well. Ample parking for 3 cars included and there is wifi included as well. This is a furnished 3 bedroom home that is available to rent from September to the end of April. (8 months roughly). Perfect for the quiet student who loves a view, but is still close to St. John's. This is a summer vacation rental that is available for those that may need a place to stay over the off season. This is a NON SMOKING building and there is a strict rule on that. There will be a cleaning charge if someone smokes in the house. Hydro will be put in renter's name so billing will be direct. Water, internet, Laundry, parking included. There will be a cleaning deposit required. Tenants are expected to keep the house clean and tidy as part of the rental agreement.
