The designer's touch graces the interior furniture and accents in these selected spaces, seamlessly combining beauty with functionality. King-size beds in every bedroom, private baths and ample closets, designer fixtures, and a fully stocked kitchen provide everything you'll require and just minutes from the grocery store, shopping, dining and other amenities. Lease terms are a 3-12 month minimum, 8 person maximum occupancy. We appreciate a smoke-free environment. Small dogs may be negotiated with an added pet deposit and monthly fee (service dogs are an exception to size limit), and we kindly request that parties be kept to a minimum. We have Sonos and encourage you to stream your favorite music in our outdoor space but please respect the outdoor sound ordinance effective after 10:00 pm. Our spacious driveway accommodates three vehicles comfortably. To ensure neighborly vibes, please be considerate by avoiding any parking that might obstruct our neighbors' driveways or easements. Last, the canal waters and wildlife hold significance and merit protection. If you would help keep our surroundings pristine by refraining from having glass outside and disposing of trash properly. Tour of the home is flexible but must be prearranged.
