It is a secluded neighborhood with only neighborhood traffic as there is only one way in & out. It has a lakefront park with a playground, gazebo, grass field, and tennis courts for neighborhood use. It is near the county incinerator plant and landfill but the garbage is burned to create power, so odors are not an issue. It is also on the flight path of an airport, but they rarely take off over the neighborhood, usually just landing. Plenty of kids in the neighborhood too. Just a great family neighborhood. Centrally located in the county and near the interstate.
