It's in great condition, but sold "AS-IS". Park anywhere along the front curb or in the rear parking lot. The lockbox is located on the stairwell to the right of the main entrance. Look for the gray Sentrilock with the label "APT #311". Pls turn off ALL the lights and lock after showing. Use a Fob key for the main entrance, a black head key for an upper lock, Lowe's logo key for the storage room & laundry room, and one for the bike room. The key to the lower lock, main entrance key, and card key will be later.
