THE AREA: West Seattle is, in our opinion, the best neighborhood in Seattle offering both charm and convenience. Within easy walking distance are two excellent restaurants and several of West Seattle's unique "mini downtowns," filled with vibrant cafes, award-winning restaurants, independent shops, and friendly neighborhood services. Nearby is Westwood Village, a shopping center with a QFC grocery store, Target, banks, and a mix of national and local businesses. The apartment is located in the Gatewood neighborhood, just a short walk or bike ride from Lincoln Park a forested waterfront park with miles of walking trails, tennis courts, and the famous Coleman Pool, a heated saltwater pool right on the shore of Puget Sound. Scenic bike loops connect you to the beachside community of Alki and other West Seattle treasures. THE REGION: West Seattle offers quick access to downtown via car, ferry, or even bike. You'll be minutes from major routes connecting you to downtown Seattle, SeaTac Airport (typically 15 20 minutes), Georgetown, Beacon Hill, and the I-5 corridor. The Fauntleroy Ferry Terminal just five minutes away offers direct service to Vashon Island and the Olympic Peninsula. While the backyard is shared, Alfie doesn't use it, and we always coordinate with tenants when hosting friends for small gatherings. As a fully furnished apartment, we conduct a thorough walkthrough and checklist to document the condition of furnishings at move-in. Furniture is regularly refreshed, with a recent update just completed after our last wonderful tenants. Showings are scheduled in one-hour slots on select days. This apartment typically rents quickly, often five times faster than similar listings according to Zillow, so please reach out soon if you're interested.
