This complex is a super pet friendly community and full of William and Mary students as well as families with young children. My unit is directly across from the onsite dog park. The complex will not let me out of my lease early even though I am being relocated for work. I need some one to take over my lease and then in July you can choose to stay or move on if it doesn't meet your needs. There is a good size onsite gym and very nice summer pool.
