My wife and I bought this house 9 years ago and did a beautiful job rehabbing it. If I'm going to do something, I'm going to do it right. This home has a lot of beautiful black granite in the kitchen with under cab lighting to accent it beautifully at night. We did stainless steel appliances, solid wood cabinets with a lazy susan and tile and wood floors through out. There is no carpet in this house. Both bathrooms have granite counter tops with two sinks each. The entire shower is tiled in the master bathroom with two listellos, Four corner shelves and two soap dishes are in both baths so you'll have plenty of room. Additionally, the walls in both baths are wainscoted. The security system is hard wired with an external speaker and the hot water heater is relatively new. The entrance is highlighted with a beautiful medallion. The front yard has a very nice oak tree and the back yard is fenced. The grill can be positioned on the Lanai so you watch the football game while finishing the ribs on the grill. After walking through the house, I am sure you will agree it is done very nicely.
