    PERFECT FIX AND FLIP, OR HOLD. Garage door, roof and windows were replaced in 2018 &2019. Window warranty transfers to new owner. AC moved to attic, and partial wall/ceiling Sheetrock removed for wiring upgrade & AC transition (not a flood cut). New culvert, tree removal, 2022. All materials transfer with property—Sheetrock, insulation bat, new attic access ladder, switches, plugs, electrical wiring, outlet covers. One is small metal, second is large and has hospital air filters, equipment, etc, as this was originally owned by Doctor’s Hospital Group (which is directly behind the property-see google earth), The hospital has been closed for years, and so we had access to bring in heavy equipment to remove the debris from an old storage building that a tree fell onto during a hurricane—which you see in the aerial images from 2021. Remodel halted during Covid, and subsequent military transfer has us too far away to oversee a fix and flip/hold in an area that we no longer have ties to. We are taking Cash only offers.
