It is clean and well maintained with community rules in place to keep the park clutter free and easy on the eyes. Timber Ridge is easily accessible from both Loveland and Fort Collins. The park has two community centers, two beautiful swimming pools, playgrounds and basketball courts. A short walk down the road is Spring Canyon Park, a beautiful and expansive park with views of the mountains. There's also a great dog park inside of Spring Canyon Park.
