The fully equipped kitchen includes two refrigerators, a washer, and two dryers. The private pool and spa are screened in with a lanai, providing a perfect space for relaxation. There is an additional optional charge of $65 per day plus tax to heat the pool and spa. The spa will not heat up without the pool heater being turned on. Located in the Windsor Island Resort, guests have access to a resort clubhouse with amenities such as a 6,500 sq. ft. resort-style swimming pool, dual waterslides, a lazy river, a kids' splash zone, a full-service bar and restaurant, cabanas, a fitness center, a game room, a firepit with views of fireworks, a basketball court, a sand volleyball court, a soccer field, 9-holes of mini-golf, corn hole on artificial turf, a hammock garden, and an event lawn. The villa is just 9 miles from Disney World, making it an ideal base for exploring the best of Orlando. All guests must be on the registration form, or they will not be allowed in the resort. All guests over the age of 18 must provide identification, such as a license, passport, or school ID. No stays over 30 nights are allowed per HOA. The resort allows a maximum of 5 cars, including visitors. Parking rules must be picked up at the guard gate, and the parking car limit is strictly enforced. Do not block the sidewalk or park on the street, or the resort will fine you. The third car needs to be parked parallel to the driveway to avoid blocking the sidewalk.
