Recently-renovated studio in the heart of Little 5 Points, literally across the street from dining, shopping, and an entire vibe. The space has tons of natural light, a restored brick accent wall, an updated bathroom and kitchen, a walk-in closet, in-unit washer/dryer, and refinished hardwood floors throughout. It will be rented mostly unfurnished but the queen-sized Murphy bed will be included. The rent price includes internet. I poured a lot of heart and soul and sweat into this place while I was renovating it last year, so I am looking for a renter that will also take care of the space! Internet is included. Minimum lease starts at a year but it can be flexible after that. A one-month security deposit will be required in addition to renter covering background and credit check fees, estimated around $50. Pets are welcome with a $200 deposit, which will be returned if no pet-related damage is incurred. No smoking or disruptive noise is tolerated by the HOA. There are no assigned parking spots but ample street parking is available - you may need to walk a few blocks on occasion, but I lived here a year and never had a problem finding parking.
