All utilities are included, ie gas, electricity, water, sewer and garbage. We rent month to month, but hope to find renters for 1-3 years. First month's rent and deposit due upon signing rental agreement. This is a quiet complex, with several people working from home. We don't require renters insurance, but encourage it.
