Self-employed applicants must provide recent bank statements or tax returns as proof of consistent income.
5. Background Check
No recent felony convictions or violent offenses.
No drug, theft, or fraud-related convictions within the last 5 years.
6. Identification
All occupants must be listed on the lease.
A valid photo ID and Social Security number (or equivalent documentation) are required for screening.
