The house is on Sunnyside Ave only a block from the Burke-Gilman trail and Lake Union, with stunning views of the Lake and downtown (especially at night when the lights come on)! The landlord runs a flower shop so the yard is always blooming with beautiful plants. Rent is $995/month and that includes all utilities. Ample, free street parking is available right outside the house. Sorry, no pets and no laundry facilities on site. The lease agreement is for a year. There is a $50 application fee. *Note that we are resealing the floor along the left side wall this week, but the drywall will be all patched up by the time I move out and the new lease starts.
