Three lovely bedrooms with closet hanging space, and a fully renovated bathroom with a tub at the end of the hall completes this charming space. Additionally there is a hall linen closet just outside the full bathroom. All floors have been replaced with LVP that is fluid throughout and water proof. HVAC was recently updated to an energy efficient unit in 2019 and we have a large tankless water heater. We have a seasonal outdoor shower and a large fenced yard that is accessible and a shared space. You have a large private deck off the kitchen to sip your morning coffee while watching the birds, deer, fox, bunnies and squirrels scamper about. The neighborhood is quiet and safe while still being just a mile to the bustling downtown shopping and dining areas of Rehoboth and Dewey, 5 miles to Lewes and 13 miles to Bethany. We do have 2 matching sofas, end tables and a dining room set ( some shown in pics that can be left for your gentle use , if that's helpful. :) This hip cozy beach cottage apt is 1.5 miles from the boardwalk in Rehoboth, just over 1 mile to Dewey, and about 5miles to Lewes!! Forget about parking&meter$.....you can walk or bike to the beaches....bus stop 1/2 mile away. Take a leisurely half mile stroll to Arenas, Big Fish and Big Fish Takeout for great breakfast,lunch or dinner. Watch the sunrise & set from your spacious deck. The Rehoboth Basin sits at the end of the street and wildlife abounds at this beach hideaway !! There are so many great things happening at the beach....weekly free movies on the beach in Dewey, small town parades for milestone holidays, the Sea Witch Festival, Jazz Festival, Independent Film Festival ....featuring some of the best local and nationally acclaimed music paired with fantastic foodie heaven restaurants. Lets not forget that Milton, 13 miles away, is home to DogFish Head brewery ( free tours and tastes, they also host the farmers market Fridays 3-6) and we also have the famous Burley Oak brewery in Berlin Md,Dewey Beach brewing, Revelation Brewery, Crooked Hammock Brewery, 3rd Wave, Big Oyster Brewery and Fordham to name a few. Utility costs are additional.
