We are looking for a 12 month lease. Tenant will pay an application fee of $25.00 in cash for each person 18 and older that must be on the lease. The background check is an additional $35.00 for each applicant that is paid online. The tenant will be paying for their own water, gas & electricity, and wireless internet. We do require renters insurance between $200,000 to $500,000 and MAC MANAGEMENT LLC is the interested party. First month's rent and the deposit is required upon move in. There is absolutely no smoking or vaping in this unit. Rent will be paid online every month and maintenance request are done on the same site. Maintenance is on site Monday through Friday.
