The pool is always serviced and the streets are kept in tip top shape. The association fee is minimal and has only increased once in 6 years. My son met a couple of friends in the neighborhood where he attended Mansfeld and Tucson High with them. He found both Mansfeld and Tucson High to have the best teachers and world reknown classes. A big part of his success in high school is finding good friends, and he met life long friends in this neighborhood which I believe helped him to be successful in school.
