After relocating from the East Coast, Deirdre rented a home in Redwood Heights and determined this was the community where she wanted to plant roots. In 2011, 3745 Victor Avenue came on the market and this sweet split-level home built in 1938 captured her heart. Perhaps it was the eat-in kitchen with front windows, the formal dining room, or the magical attic rooms where her children, James and Clara, could play? Who are we kidding, the breathtaking, big panoramic Bay view was the pièce de résistance! As the kids got older, having a bedroom and bathroom downstairs and separation of space was cherished. The upper deck that is seamlessly accessed from the living room was a place where Deirdre could read, work, decompress and have a prime observation point for some of the East Bay's best views and sunsets.
