The house, built in 1930, is very cosy. The kitchen opens onto a comfortable dining room and living room. There is a basement, with a large bedroom, a bathroom, and a laundry room downstairs. There are 3 rooms upstairs. Our street is very quiet. It has a porch on W street and a screen porch to avoid mosquitos, a deck, a garden on back street with a view and direct access to Glover Archbold park. There are 3 grocery stores (Wholefood, Safeway, Trader Joe's) nearby and the neighborhood is lively with restaurants, bars and coffee places. The monuments and museums are at approx.15 mn drive, or by bus, and a little less by bike. It's a great neighborhood. The house is rented without furniture. Tenant is responsible to maintain the little from and back gardens
