The spacious master bedroom offers a relaxing retreat, and you can enjoy access to the balcony from the living room. Paid parking is available on site for a maximum of 2 cars. The condo is conveniently located near a variety of attractions. The Sassy Bass Tiki Bar and Grill on the ground floor offers delicious meals and refreshing drinks with stunning views. Residents are only 6 miles away from the Mobile Bay Ferry landing, making it easy to explore the many attractions and activities in the area. Additionally, the convenient boat launch and fishing pier on Mobile Bay provide endless recreational activities for water enthusiasts. A State Identification Card or Driver's License copy will be requested upon booking. For same-day late check-ins, host approval is required before booking. The home has a maximum occupancy limit, and renters who exceed it are subject to eviction. A security camera is installed outside for safety, but there are no cameras inside the property. Beach towels are not provided, and guests must be at least 22 years old to rent this property.
