The homes primary bedroom has a large closet and a sliding door out to a covered patio in the back yard. The separate workshop is a hobbyists dream. There is plenty of storage shelving, a workbench and power. It also has a smaller storage area on the back of the shop. The main half bathroom is the only lavatory. The shower is in the primary bedroom. Tenant will be responsible for all utilities as well as well as yard work. All adults must apply. The application fee is $35 per person. We are looking for tenants with decent credit, meaning no collections, judgments or liens. Must have stable employment earning 3x the rent amount. Must have good rental references, if any. Up to 2 small dogs will be considered with a $250/per additional refundable deposit and $25/month in pet rent. We will not allow smoking inside the home or shop. We do not accept housing vouchers.
