House has been almost completely renovated. New granite counters, new cabinets, new bamboo flooring, new blinds, and more. We are very sorry, but, unfortunately, we do not participate in Section 8 housing. Please note, the house is nearing completion. The garage door still needs to be installed, the front door needs to be replaced and the back screen needs to be fixed/replaced. I can probably accommodate an earlier move-in date if you don't mind these issues being taken care of during your move-in. House is located in Glenmoor but is not part of the Glenmoor Homeowners association. Generally my leases are month to month, but I am willing to discuss a longer term on a case by case basis. Tenant is responsible for all utilities.
