Parking is on the street, right in front of the house. And it is across the street from a lovely 7-11 (which is a surprisingly great neighbor). Of course, no smoking (no cigarettes, no pot), no partying, etc. Owner pays water, sewer, and trash. Tenant pays gas and electric.
