The house is an L shaped ranch, and the land in on a small grade which works out very well. The building layout like this: The L shaped ranch, Next to the back room is the 12 x 24 foot deck ( which you can walk under}, and has corrugated plastic sheets keeping it very dry in any weather ) Next to the 12 x 24 deck is the 12 x 16 deck Next the 15 x 30 above ground pool with a new filter from late last year and solar heating system working with the filtered water. The back yard is around a half acre and the land has a grade away and to the left making the house flood proof. The front yard is half pond with a lot of wildlife in and around it. Mostly birds of all sizes. From Humming birds to Great Herons, and I have several hundreds of pictures to prove it.
