Neighborhood Description Front yards are not at all breathtaking, mostly old-style and simple. Plenty of trees. Neighbors are quiet, friendly and unpretentious... mostly older folks. Houses are different sizes, mostly homes built in the 50's, not too big, not to small, with large lots. It's a quiet street that walkers like to go on. Close to town... just down the hill.
