Enjoy outdoor pool loungers and free access to the community water park and amenity center/clubhouse. If you would like to add pool and spa heating to your reservation, please request it in writing a week prior to check-in, for $35 per day of usage. Additional fees may apply if a week's notice is not given. This ultimate family resort is near Disney and other world-class attractions. Windsor Island Resort is a newly constructed community with first-class amenities, including a huge resort-style pool, a lazy river, water slides, a separate splash pool, a hot tub, volleyball court, basketball court, BBQ and picnic area, and a huge clubhouse with arcades, bar and lounge, and state-of-the-art massage chairs. The property is a couple minutes' walking distance to the clubhouse and is located off state road 192 and US 27, near I-4, and eight miles from Disney World and Animal Kingdom. In the immediate area outside the resort, you will find ample shopping, dining, and entertainment. Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Up to 2 cars may park side-to-side in the driveway in front of the garage. Please don't park on the grass, or alongside the streets parallel to another vehicle. If you need an additional parking spot, there's a section in the community called Lava Tree Dr where you can find extra parking spots for overflow parking. During the day, you can park in the Clubhouse parking lot, but overnight parking is not permitted. Please be extra careful with these rules as you might risk getting towed! A camera is located by the front door, another one pointing to the driveway and a last one pointing to the pool equipment for security purposes. By booking this reservation, guests agree and acknowledge that Windsor Island Resort will have areas of ongoing construction. A late check-out may incur a fee of up to $300. We reserve the right to terminate a reservation without refund, and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any of these rules.
