We are looking for a delightful, mature new community member for the downstairs apartment in our downtown Weaverville community compound. In the yard there's a natural hot tub and a large glorious garden. We all help to maintain a consistently clean, peaceful home and yard. There are four of us total in the upstairs of the house and two out buildings. We are an alcohol, smoking and 420 free community but sometimes someone shows up with wine to our potlucks. We start with a three month commitment, and if it feels like a good fit for everyone, we hope to continue into long term living. The rent is $1250 a month & includes all utilities. Recently finished, spacious downstairs self-sufficient unit in a split level home in walkable Weaverville. Close to Main Street and an easy walk to Lake Louise.
