I have had no pets in this house for two years since the new interior decorations. There is a new furnace and new water heater, but my wife and I are taking the refrigerator and stove and freezer and microwave. The newly paved and well-lit street has extremely light, peaceful traffic with hardly any pedestrians. Snow, trash, and brush removal is always timely and quick. You can walk to church or gas station or your auto mechanic or the bank or the store or the fire department or the police station or restaurant or the school or the bus routes from this house. The lawn requires less than 20 minutes of mowing and there is plenty of sunlight for perennial plants and a garden. Police response time has never been gauged because there has never been a need, although previous owners saw fit to install a security monitor in the kitchen. There has never been a power outage in my neighborhood. The highway is one minute away from my driveway. I-94 and US 23 and Michigan Avenue. So I can be anywhere that I need to be very quickly in 8 townships.
