Features: Our apartment homes all feature wall-to-wall carpeting or plank flooring, most kitchen appliances and ample closet space. All units offer additional storage space as well as balcony or patio space, and all our homes are complete with full-sized washer/dryer hook-ups. Applicant Requirements: All prospective applicants must have at least 6 months continuous employment and meet the minimum income requirement of 3 times the monthly rent gross income. All applicants must successfully pass a credit and background screening. Application Fees and Security Deposit: Our application fee is $50 per applicant, all adults must complete an application. Security deposits range from $800- 1.5 months' rent, based upon the credit and background check. An administrative fee of $249 will be assessed upon move-in. All prices listed are subject to change. Other Requirements: Residents are required to purchase and maintain renters' insurance with a minimum liability of $100,000 and list Churchland Forest Apartments as a certificate holder. Utilities: Residents are responsible for water, sewer, electricity, and gas. A $25.00 trash fee and a $5 pest control fee is applied monthly. Pets: Churchland Forest is also a pet friendly community, allowing one pet per home, with weight and breed restrictions. A $450 non-refundable pet deposit and $50 per month pet rent is required.
