The house needs some TLC. I'm looking for someone willing to rent a house that needs a little work (but nice and liveable), for a lot less rent. Just needs cosmetics such as paint, flooring work, etc. Renters will be responsible for utilities and general care of the house.$1,400 rent with $400 credit every month that rent is paid on time and tenant keeps up with the general maintenance and repairs with the property. 6 month term with month to month option after.
