Has great well water. The shop has three bay roll up doors on a cement foundation. It’s about 1400 sf. There is also an out building about 240 sf. Paved road frontage on front and back of property. I am well aware that it needs cleaned off and is a mess. I inherited this property in this condition other than the damage to the house due to the fire. I am firm on the price. No negotiation.
