We ask that you leave the rental in good clean condition (wash and dry a load of pool towels, run dishwasher, take trash out and replace furniture to its original position,) or it may be necessary to charge an additional cleaning fee. These charges will occur and be determined following your departure and upon final inspection. Please do not make any of the beds that have been used. No items are to be removed from the rental property with the exception of towels and toys designated for pool use and these must be returned back to the rental immediately following use. We kindly require that NO SMOKING AND NO PETS are permitted. If it is determined that there was smoking, including e-cigarettes, or pets in the unit, we will have to clean the carpets, furniture and thoroughly wash all bedding. You will be fined $250.00 plus we will pass any incurred charge relative to smoking and/or pets on to you. This is necessary as some people are very allergic to pets and tobacco smoke. Unfortunately, there have been trends of property damage, unruliness, and disrespect of neighboring units as a result of alcohol consumption at vacation rentals. While we completely understand this in no way reflects all who consume alcohol or even the majority of those who drink, nonetheless because these challenges are real and can cause major issues, we have determined to ALLOW ALCOHOL IN MODERATION to preserve the quality of our rental and the prospective that positive experiences for all remain intact. Upon any incidental damage to an item or structure located inside or outside of the rental unit, please contact the owners when reasonably able to do so or within 48 hours of the incident. Any damage, reported or unreported, will require payment for replacement or repair. This rental generally does not require us to interact with you during your stay. You will be given directions and instructions for entering the property via email before your reservation. The home will be prepped and cleaned before you arrive. Should any issues arise we are available to contact. When you leave, make sure all doors and windows are locked.
