Its location between the 805 and 15 freeways and between the 94 and 8 make it commuter-friendly. The home currently is occupied, so *Please DO NOT disturb the tenants*. The pictures posted here are from just before the current tenants moved in. I can send a recent video if you are interested. Also, because of the current concerns regarding COVID-19, a walkthrough is only permitted with the permission of the current tenants. There is a $150 non-refundable pet deposit per pet. Tenants are responsible for all utilities, including trash and water. Former tenants are leaving their washer and dryer. They are available for use, but the landlord will not be responsible for repairs should they need any. You are also welcome to bring your washer and dryer.
