The unit has central heat and air. The unit is located inside "Spring Garden House." While the house has been broken up into several apartments, there is no "shared or community" living space. Each unit is separate with its own bathroom/and living space. This is the largest unit, and even has a private entrance in addition to the main building entrance. Names, addresses, phone #'s of landlords, etc. You must provide current NC ID and a certified criminal background reports from your local police department for all persons age 18 and over that will reside at the property. You must provide a copy of your Civil Report - This can be obtained at your local courthouse.
