Beach is just a couple blocks away. Outside grill available. Close to Publix, shops, restaurants, etc. Take the elevator to the top floor (2nd above parking garage). This condo is a spacious 2BR/2BA has an updated kitchen with beautiful maple cabinets, several pull out drawers (even under sink) & pantry, lazy Susan. The stove vents outside (maybe only one that does per seller). Granite counters and pass through window. Kitchen sink was moved in front of pass through so you can see the bay while using the sink.
