We're looking to rent to applicant's who's credit score is at 650 or above, have a stable, verifiable gross income of at least three times the rent of the place they're applying for, and can provide excellent references. It is unlikely that we will place an applicant with below 650 credit score and a score below 600 will not be considered. There is a $10 application fee per adult.
