This is a beautiful apartment in my house. As you can see by the pictures it is new and very good size. The rent will include heat, hot water, electric, internet, and direct tv for the living room. The cost for boxes in the bedroom will be 10 extra a month per tv. I will allow pets but there will be an extra charge for them. We do have 2 of our own both black labs. One is very laid back the other can be dominate.
