This is a four bedroom, two bath, two living room, split level apartment. There are only nine units in this building and this is one of the larger units. The main level has two bedrooms, one bath, a private living room and private entrance, which is also the main entrance. I live in the lower level with my daughter who is fifteen and we mostly keep to ourselves. The space is completely divided into two separate apartments, the only exceptions being the kitchen (main level) and laundry room (lower level). There are also two more entrances/exits on the lower level. The bathroom and living room on the main level are fully private and will never be used by us, as we have our own on the lower level. The washer and dryer can be accessed and used whenever the tenants on the main level would like and we ask that the kitchen remain open for our use during reasonable hours. I have included some photos of the space both furnished and empty so you can get an idea of what it looks like both ways. It is currently empty and ready for move in.
