The large heated pool was refinished with pebbletech and modern tile in 2024 and is refreshing all year-round. It has a shallow side along with an 8 ft deep end. Near the sports teams, 10-15 minutes from the Suns, Diamondbacks, and Cardinals stadiums and 20 minutes from the airport. Plenty of parking in the driveway, wifi, 65" Smart TV in the main room and 55" Smart TV in the Master bedroom, both with Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime, Disney, HBO Max and a Chromecast if you'd like to stream your own. The backyard includes high-quality patio furniture and total seating for 16 with 4 wrought iron chairs, 4 Adirondacks, 4 patio cloth chairs, 2 poolside recliners so that guests can relax in the sun.
