We are only 2 blocks from Grand Avenue where you may find restaurants and cafe's. Grand Avenue runs along side Lake Merritt. The lake is a relaxing place to find a nice spot to enjoy the weather. We are also close to public transportation such as AC Transit and Bart. not ready yet still need some repairs but it will be available soon.
