Great location for bus routes around town and a short distance from biking on Burke or Westlake Cycle Track. This is a private space with a separate entrance, but at this price there has to be some compromises. The space is the first floor of a 3-story structure. I live on the top 2 floors. The bathroom for the first floor is between the first and second floor and I use it as my guest bathroom. Utilities are shared 50%\50%. No smoking.
