Pet Policy: We do allow dogs (max of 2) with some breed restrictions - Must be authorized prior to booking. 300/month; Clean-up of your pet is required throughout your stay. Mitten Housing requires all potential applicants to be vetted and verified by Mitten Housing before signing the required rental agreement. All utilities and wifi are included in the cost of the rent. The minimum stay is monthly (30 nights) but can be extended further or rented on a month-to-month basis.
