Great for walking your dog or getting some exercise. -The property does have an on-site gym and an awesome pool which is great during those hot summer months! -River Crossing would require you to fill out an application and be approved through them. -This is a very fun and safe community and is close to everything! Water and trash are included in rent. Electric and cable/internet are the only extra utilities which the sublease would be responsible for.
